This has been all over almost every wedding site I have seen. Black and brown look beautiful together. You do not need a brown tux. Go with a black tux and a rich chocolate vest and tie.

Brown is the new black these days for dresses.... I originally decided on brown myself for my BMs--even picked out a dress--but changed my mind when I changed from a day wedding to an evening wedding. To be honest, I didn't want the men having black on next to the brown, and with the wedding not being in the day anymore, the lighter day suits I planned on no longer seemed appropriate. Personally, if I had kept the color, I'd have put the men in 3 piece suits, not tuxes, because I think full vests and ties gives you more options to tie in the brown/sable colors (or any other colors you pick).

You shouldn't have trouble matching flower colors to brown. I assume you haven't picked out all of your wedding colors yet? You'll probably want an accent color for your decor (brown napkins don't sound very glam), so pick one and put the flowers in this color scheme. A nice purple would go quite well with brown. I chose dark turquoise and salmon when I had planned on brown dresses because I wanted a tropical feel.

I'd be more concerned with matching the "style" of the bouquets. For example, if you have picked a very traditional dress, wild and exotic flowers may not be the best match. Callas are beautiful and come in a variety of colors. They're also good for people with allergies. They aren't cheap though, so if you want to keep your flower budget down, mix them with other seasonal flowers.

It sounds like you have already found a dress you like, so I won't bother sending you any links for that...

Anyway, enjoy your wedding, I'm sure everyone will look great!

i had calla lillies and so did my cousin and they are great we both had a bundle of 3 so not to go overboard and had a ribbon about 2 inches wide tied around the center of the stem and was just a simple shoelace bow with the tails left long and i'd get the ribbon the sable color to match the sash or white. and for the tuxes get black with sable or mocha ties and cumberbunds

They could wear all black or you could use a computer program to see what mocha or sable cumberbunds and bowties would look like. It couldn't hurt to try it on for size, but you can't go wrong with traditional black. Calla lillies are beautiful, but beware that these flowers are often associated with death. However, the flowers would look striking with your colors. Don't stress too much, you have times to think things over...

Black tuxes don't match brown dresses. Your guy would have to choose some shade of brown for his groomsmen and himself. Cala lilies are beautiful, but you really have to inject some happy colour into this wedding party - maybe include some bright colours into the flowers if you are thinking of the natural calas. I think there are pink or peach calas, too, not sure. However add something else with the calas in the bouquets.

Platinum ought to artwork while you're doing a iciness wedding ceremony topic. it is practically like ice. In iciness weddings people oftentimes deocrate with candles and mirrors, so it is going to flow nicely! yet another colour, besides the actuality that it is darkish, yet ought to be lightened up quite with accents is black. people think of of it as darkish, besides the undeniable fact that that's no longer once you pair it with mild issues alongside with flowers, etc. stable good fortune and congrats!

The guys can definitely wear black tuxes with brown vests and ties:

You should NOT be stressed! Planning a wedding should be fun. And your wedding is 8 MONTHS away???? Think of how stressed you will get as the day gets closer! Hire a wedding planner, relax, and enjoy yourself.

No one should be stressed about the planning. You can be stressed about the guy...but not the planning!
