Kindness is not expressed only in words. Kindness can be expressed through your eyes, a gesture, a smile, your body language and many other ways.
You don't need to say anything when you buy somebody a coffee or gift flowers to some one or hold the door open. Kindness is not through words only, it is a combination of everything. Of the normal communication that we have with any body, only 35% is verbal and the rest is body language.
You can hardly be called kind if you are saying wonderful things to some one and busy robbing him!
Kindness is not limited by words, it has its own ways of showing!

Here's some suggestions:
1. While driving, be courteous and let someone pull out in front of you out of a driveway.
2. Open a door for a woman, or for an elderly person, or just to be nice so the door doesn't slam in their face.
3. Give a friendly smile to someone.
4. Donate at church at Sunday Mass.
5. Say a prayer for someone in need.
6.If someone is nice, and lets you pull out in front of them in traffic, wave "thank you".
7. Don't curse at someone even if you think they had it coming!
8. Don't talk on your cell phone in public if it's not an appropriate place and time.
9. Put your cell phone on vibrate, so the ringer is silent and non annoying to others around you.
10. Let an elderly or handicapped person take your seat on the bus.
11. Don't talk back to elders when you know it's not right.
12. Don't make fun of this person's question....you know who you are!!!

Smiles carry the weight in all situations. If someone is carrying an conversation and they offend them....give them the fake laugh. They immediately shut up. Excuse your self with a smile. Never lie because you will stumble your words and it will show you are offended. When in doubt smile, do a polite sophiscated laugh. You will be okay.

Smile, open the door for someone. Any type of help you give someone is a kindness.

Physical assistance. Opening a door, allowing someone to go in front of you while driving a car, there has to be a million ways. Why not try some!

Once when I was turning off the computers at work I came upon a student essay unsaved with many errors. I cleaned it up and saved. Best thing is the student never found out it was me!

Kindness is an energy that one emits. Body language, expression, acts of kindness/sensitivity need no words.
