i am a physiotherapist, i show you a treatment called cranial mobilization for headache relief:
1- by your self or by trained person apply firm pressure on specific points beside the eyes (there small notch) beside the eye on each side, the pressure maintained for 2 minutes.
2- apply firm pressure on two points 1 inches beside the sagital line (i.e imaginary line dividing the head into two sides. apply pressure by two thumbs for 2 minutes.
3- apply traction of ear toward the ground for 2 minutes.
this is a part of the treatment, i can not describe the whole treatment because it needs a accurate drawing, this treatment, god willing, i used with my patients and has 95% success.

I use to have horrible headaches and I have found that if you lie in a dark and silent room and put a icepack on the back of your neck that will help. If you have someone who can give you a neck rub that also helps. Lots of times headaches are caused by blood vessels in your neck. Also try to drink a caffeinated beverage. That sometimes helps also.

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at
