It could be the position you sleep through the night, or the bed itself.
I have that problem, the answer was the position that I sleep at night.

There is nothing that can be advised here that you can or should take for it.
The problem is a lack of oxygen uptake/absorption in your lungs. It is a serious concern.
When you are asleep the need for oxygen goes down, but your aspiration rate also slows. Even so, you are not getting enough oxygen and the headache is your body's way of telling you this. It needs more oxygen.
When you wake both aspiration rate and need go up, and you seem to get enough oxygen for a short time, but then lose it even though trying hard to breathe, which is why you feel pain in the lungs, and the next headache.
This is much more serious than something that does not feel right. It can be very serious, and it is likely, even probable, that it is very serious. The symptoms described suggest a collapsed lung, and you need medical treatment.
You need to see a doctor, and and you need to do it right away.

Go to a doctor right away.

This used to happen to me until I figured out that I grind my teeth in the night. When I got a mouth guard that I wear overnight my morning headaches stopped.
All that built up tension makes your head hurt - and it will keep coming back till you do something about it.

Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

I think you should go the Dr. It could be allergies. Your Dr. is the only one that can tell you for sure what is going on. This does not sound normal. Go get checked out.
