Certainly, but natural salt that was in the animal at time of death, no salt was added...

No added salt but all meat has natural salt ions (even you). Uncooked pork that has been cured and/or salted will have a decidedly pink color (maybe even red like bacon).

depends... I think Wal-Mart uses meat that has been soaked (it states on the label), but most supermarkets do not.
