Are you eating right? I lived off coffee and other high sugar things in the morning and while I felt good for a minute, I crashed for the most part throughout the day.
And yes water really helps flush out your system! First step though: doctor appointment.

I'm 5 months pregnant and didn't find out til I was 8 weeks, but those where classic symptoms. At least for me. I could not stay awake for anything and was super tired. If pregnancy is out of the question maybe Chronic Fatigue Syndrom?

The others have made good suggestions about vitamins and sleep apnea. To that I will ask, do you have a regular sleep schedule? Are you getting enough water? Is your mattress supporting you as you sleep? If the answer to any of those is no, that just might be your culprit.

It can be any number of things. You need to see your doctor and have some routine blood work done to scratch the surface. It may be anemia, or a problem with a medication you are taking or stress and or depression...

Sometimes sleeping too much can make you tired all the time, lack of exercise, not enough water all drag you down.

Underactive thyroid can cause this too, Have your doctor do a thyroid function test.

low blood pressure/ low iron.... go to the docs :-) might be something as simple as vitamins.

perhaps obstructive sleep apnea.....talk to your doctor.

Dunno, could be a throid problem, sleep apnea, or alot of other things.
