TSH isn't the best test for thyroid. An afternoon TSH of 3.5 could be a 7.0 TSH had it of been in the morning. Don't think you have just a mild case if only the TSH was tested, especially since with many hypothyroid people the TSH is the last test to show they are hypo. Better thyroid tests are the free t4 and free t3

A week without your medication will probably be no big deal. Myself I can notice a difference in one day with missing Armour because of the T3.

The half-life of your medication is about 7 days. So a week off the medication would feel the same as if your doctor prescribed you half of your dose.

You are not putting yourself in serious risk, but you may have symptoms of being hypothyroid. You really should avoid going of your medication for this long, you would be better off splitting the pills in half to limit your time off medication.

Yes, it would. Uncontrolled thyroid can lead to many problems including death. Make the time to get the medication.

Long-term problems, no. But, you'll probably notice a marked decrease in energy. I usually can't make it more than a day or so. If you're worried, call your doctor's office. A nurse can tell you more.
