My fiance is going through a pretty tough time at home, and I want to let her know that Im here if she needs me (in Spanish). Thanks in advance for any help!

The literal translation is already given to you.... but you don't want to be too literal that is sounds fake. Spanish could be so complex & is very expressive. You can opt to say (and is mostly used) :

Sabes que puedes contar conmigo.
(You know you can count on me.)

Estoy aqui para apoyarte en lo que necesites.
(I'm here to support you in what ever you need.)

In my opinion if you say "Aquí estoy para tí (mi amor)" "I am here for you my love" is gonna be....... Amazing!!! Really loving.
