No, all states do not require car insurance but they do require financial responsibility to operate a vehicle on the roadway. While not all states require drivers to buy liability insurance to show financial responsibility, a majority of them do.

All 50 states have different requirements when it comes to auto insurance and the minimum insurance requirements. Almost every state requires you to have bodily injury liability insurance and every states has financial responsibility laws that require you be able to have sufficient assets to pay for any liability you cause in an incident.

In some states, drivers can't register a car without showing proof that they have liability insurance, while other states only need proof of insurance when a driver has an accident or gets tickets. If you visit this free car insurance quote page and select your state, you can see the Minimum Requirements.

Every state requires insurance or that you meet financial responsibility requirements through a bond or some other way which shows you are able to pay if you cause damages to another person or property in an automobile accident. Each state changes and/or renews their laws annually, so some states that had no insurance requirements in the past now do. New Hampshire probably has the least amount of requirements.

Car insurance is not required for US Government vehicles ON a US Government reservation.

Everything else requires insurance, cash deposit/bond, or proof of self insurance. Sorry...

Every state except Mississippi, New Hampshire, Tennessee, and Wisconsin requires some level of liability coverage. This type of insurance covers the other person’s costs if there’s an accident. Even though these states do not require liability coverage, it is wise to carry some level of liability insurance. Because drivers’ liability is so great, in comparison to loosing everything in a law suit, liability insurance is relatively inexpensive and purchasing liability insurance is a prudent decision

Get and evaluate costs from diverse agencies at - INSURERATES.info- RE Do you think of automobile insurance must be needed in all the U. S.? I stay in Wisconsin. automobile insurance isn't required for automobiles vans and something on the line. i think of it is erroneous with scientific and automobile restore expenditures being so costly at the instant. Worst area approximately it relatively is a few of those non insured human beings force like lunatics and in the event that they do hit you they have no longer something to even sue them for. i think of it relatively is disgusting.
