I think water will freeze faster.
Soda has sugar and other ingredients mixed in which tends to lower the freezing point of water.

No, Water freezes faster than soda. Soda contains either sugar, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, Ace-K etc for sweetness along with, acid, flavorings etc. all which lower the freezing point.
If you put a can of water, a can of diet soda and a can of sugared soda in a freezer (with all temps being equal) the water would freeze first
Diet soda second
sugared soda, third

In the bottle????
No
soda is a mixture
at 32F 0 C it still need 65 calories to crystallize.
IT needs to squeeze the junk out first. And freeze from the bottom up.

it will take soda longer because true ice is made up of pure water and extra things like salt take longer to freeze.
