i belive in god and have accepted jesus and have been baptiesed what are my chances on going to heaven when i die

I'm not sure what you're asking, considering the title of your question. But if everything you've said is true, and you are sincere, your chances are 100%.
About the eternal security matter, I don't believe you can just "fall" from grace. But you can turn around and walk out of it. God would never make anyone stay against their will. I pray that you grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.

All go to heaven at death of the fleshly body. Ecc 12:7,2 Cor 5:7-8 In heaven the a great Gulf fixed, saved on one side, UNsaved on the other Luke 16.

Jason, ONCE saved-you are ALWAYS saved.
Remember Jesus lives in your heart---when you invited Him in that day---HE gave you His life in your heart. You ARE going to Heaven when you die.
God wants us to take people with us, by telling them how good He is.
That is all He asks us to do!
