I've heard it many times before and now i'm just wondering if it's totally true. I'm a thin girl but i'm in college so my diet during the school year is horrendous. This semester i gained like 10 pounds from drinking a lot of soda and eating a lot of really bad food. Is this weight easier to lose than like if i were just naturally heavy?

Get on the ball losing it...the older you get, the harder it becomes because your metabolism slows down.

Don't use college as an excuse to stop taking care of yourself...the more mindful you are of your health throughout your life, the better chance you have of maintaining it.

there is no such thing as hereditary obesity. You can have a tendancy to conserve fat, but the bottom line is, if you stuff your face, you get fat, regardless of your genetics, and no, it isn't any easier to get rid of for one person or another. You simply have to exercise more and eat a whole lot less.

Nope. Weight is weight. Eat right and diet.
