his name is Afber Van CW Vink. i just bought a painting and it is so cool and i would like to see some of his others or just know anything else about him.

Why don't you correspond with this person? I just came across the posting from 1998 on roots.com.
Just curious, I have a very old print, drawn by the above mentioned artist. It
is numbered 305, and signed in pencil - " Afber Van CW Vink ", in script. If
anyone has come across this name while transcribing, or has this name as a
surname they are researching, I would appreciate any info. Thanks,

I think the name may be misspelled.
It looks like a dutch name 'Van Vink' is but the CW is strange. Also Afber...er.. Could it not be Alber or Albert?
Deducing I think it is:
van der Vink. First name probably Alber or Albert.
The artist A. van der Vink does not ring a bell.
