Well, if you meet someone at a -bar- it's not a good spot. People go to bars to find a one-night stand. Think about it. That statement applies because 1. if you meet somebody in a place you go regularly, you already have something in common. 2. The place they are in when you meet them tells you something about their character. This could give you a good clue on what type of person they are, and whether or not you are compatible with them. For instance, if you meet somebody in a college course, that tells you that they have an eye on their future and have aspirations they would like to meet.

Now, we can't tell you the right place for the right man, because we don't know you. It has to be based on YOUR interests, YOUR desires, YOUR needs. Think about the type of person you want. Where would they go during their time off. Then, be available in those areas.

I don't think so at all. What's proved that? Online dating, look at the amount of people that have found their match that way, pretty amazing. What defines if the relationship works or not is the fact that both parties have their needs met, they are both willing and able to comprimise, and both realize that they were a half to the whole relationship and work together and communicate. Besides all that it's not the place you're looking for instead it's the person. Value person over place everytime and you won't regret it. Besides the "ideal" place to meet people would depend on a number of factors, how old you are, how old you want your guy to be, social class, etc.

i don't really think there is ever a right place to meet the right man he will eventually just come to you don't rush things it will all fall into place in due time.. i don't think it's true that your relationship will be determined by the place where you meet it's up to you .. if you go into a relationship thinking oh well i met him here so it won't work out.. well then it won't ...it's up to you and how much effort you guys make into making it work..

No it's not true - people go to the same place for different reasons. STOP LOOKING for the right man & you'll find him before you know it - that's the funny thing about love. When you're 'actively' looking, you have a flashing neon sign on your head that says DESPERATE and you attract the type of guys who want desperate women.
Good luck!

I believe so.It makes sense that if you go to a place that you enjoy then most likely the person you meet there has something in common with you.

It could be anywhere...a lot of people tend to meet in public places like starbucks, bookstore, or on the subway. lol
but a lot of folks also meet through work acquaintances.

Sweetie,I am not sure that is true. However, most find their "right partners" right under their noses.Feelings can arise that werent there before, that makes you go,"hmm".You simply need to both make it work.If both arent prepared to do that, reguardless as to where you meet then it isnt going to work.Good luck hun,and have a good day!!

Hello, I would say, "not" ! Love that is meant to be can happen anywhere. People miss out on life and love with that attitude. The Lord moves in mysterious ways, so be still and listen for his soft voice. God bless you honey !

In some cases. I would assume if you pick a girl up in the bar you are both looking to fu*k. I would say that is pretty definitive
