Try taking Vit C. When I was pregnant with my first daughter I had really bad hay fever and was limited to what I could take. My naturopath told me to take small doses of vitamin c every 3-4 hours (until symptoms improved) to help block the histimines in my body. But, be careful with vit C, because if you take too much it will clean you out! If you know what I mean! =)

I myself just got tested for allergies and was given a list of foods that cause histimines to be released in the body. Here is an avoid list the allergy clinic gave me:

asprin/motrin/nuprin/medipren/advil
Strawberries
Egg Whites
Shellfish
Tuna/Mackerel/Snapper/Herring
Wine
Tomatoes/ketchup/red sauce
Spices

Now each person is different of course and you may need to be on one of those medications, but if you already know what you are allergic to there are foods from those families that you can avoid during acute stages of your allergies. Try checking your library, amazon.com or health food store for books on allergies and diet.

I used to make use of my nasal spray day-to-day like five occasions an afternoon and could not breathe at night time, both. I was once constantly taking hypersensitivity capsules for seasonal allergic reactions in which I could sneeze continually. Nothing was once operating in any respect. Then someday I determined to reduce out sugar from my every day use and began taking a sugar complement that still had Stevia in it combined. I do not know if it was once the Stevia, or the sugar cut back, or what, however in approximately two months, I had stopped utilising the nasal spray thoroughly and my allergic reactions have been thoroughly long past. I even questioned what I was once going to do with all the ones capsules. I went again to the sugar and did not use any further sugar alternative because of a dermis hypersensitivity induced by way of the sugar alternative that is derived from corn. I went for a well period of time , like a 12 months, perhaps, earlier than I began to sneeze once more just lately. So I have not dropped the sugar thoroughly however am giving the Stevia a check out once more. Hope this is helping me and any person else who perhaps determined sufficient to check out it. Let me understand what works, if you'll.

Try Claritin D. It's works for me. You can get it over the counter now without going to the doctor. :)

go see an allergist specialist. if you can afford one. over the counter drugs like clarinex (especially the one that dissolves in your month), alavterx is also good.
also if you can stand it at night take benadryl. i like it but it makes me very sleepy so i can only take it at night.
also try some nasal spray.
