What is the current deforestaton rate for Africa, Asia, Europe,Latin America, and North America?

I don't know about the rest of the world, but there is no deforestation in the U.S. At least for every small area that gets deforested, there is some other area that gets regrown. The amount of forest land in the U.S. is increasing.
