I am probably the most honest person I know...
I would take it to the Police Station.
Once I went thru the drive-thru at Wendy's and paid with a $50. The cashier gave me change for a $100 and I gave the money back. She didn't even say thank you...the nerve.

Donate it charity because I am sure a church would put it to better use than whoever dropped the bag of money! Also, whoever dropped it you know wouldn't be legit so they sure are not gonna walk into a police station & ask for their bag of money! A church would definately find a better use for it.
