Absolutely! If God told me to do something, there would be no hesitation in my mind whether or not to do it.

How would He ask? This is not an intelligent question. Few believe God speaks to them aloud. I've known people who chose to be missionaries. Usually they just felt attracted to the work or their minister suggested they might be good at it. Since your question presupposes a kind of "burning bush" relationship with God on the part of individual Christians and Jews it doesn't really make any sense, since that is obviously not the case. In any event the Christian "relationship" is with Christ, not God.

God will not ask me, but if I lived back in biblical times where he did talk to people, then I would hope that I would do as he said, but this question is much like not knowing what it's like to be a caveman, would I invent the sandwich or just keep eating the meat and bread seperately??? I don't know.

If I was sure God wanted me to go...then hopefully I would be faithful to obey. It would be a great honor to follow God on missions to a foreign country - but it would be a real test of my faith at the same time.

I do believe that, since I am married (and God instituted the idea of marriage), He would give the same calling to both me and my wife.
