Breakfast: Cheerios with rice milk, a banana and fresh carrot and apple juice
Lunch: A large salad (w/o dressing) and some crackers on the side
Dinner: Something scrumptious, but health - black beans and rice or whole-wheat spaghetti....tonight I'm having veggie stir-fry

Breakfeast: Eggo's Cinnamin French Toaster Sticks
Lunch: A sandwhich with chicken, lettuce and tomato
Afernoon Mid day meal/snack: this varies alot, sometimes i'll pick up a lean pocket, or put together sometype of sandwhich or something
Dinner: Anything from baked chicken wings, rotisserie chicken, fish to grilled porkchops.

breakfast - special K cereal, skim milk, or breakfast bar, and a banana
Lunch - dannon activia light yogurt, fruit, sometimes a turkey sandwich
dinner - some type of chicken dish and rice and veggies, or fish and veggies, and once in a while pizza!
