I was thinking of getting a bike off ebay,but it has no title just a bill of sale.I checked with my local D M V. They said that I should be able to tag and title here in Missouri.That is if the state that I bought it from didn't title their motorcycles.But they couldn't tell me what states did or didn't.

If the seller can't give you a good, clean title, I wouldn't buy it. You have no idea if the bike is hot, if it's been wrecked and rebuilt from parts, anything like that. If you have problems, how do you go back to the seller if all you have is an e-mail address?
Spend a few more bucks and get something from a source that you can rely on. You're buying peace of mind.
