what is a good way to build muscle for a really skinny person

because thats ur body type, your metabolism works faster and your body doesnt asborb lots of fat. now that doesn't mean you cant build muscle. All you have to do is eat more. Since you are skinny you need to eat almost twice as much. But make sure most of what you eat is healthy and has protein. Also make sure you include bread and tuna. And dont forget that you can drink supplements like protein shakes. I use to be skinny and was very hard to build some muscle. afer a year of working out i started eating more and now im not skinny anymore.

Workout and Eat every 2 hours. I have a protein shake or meal every 2 hours that i am awake. Lift weights (make sure you are using correct form) but for no more than 30-45 min a day otherwise you are overtraining and will break down the muscle faster than you can build it.

You can drink a protien shake , try Mass-Tech weight gainer, and you should lift weights and work out reguarly, you should get 8 hours of sleep, eat 6 meals a day, and ya... you should start to see a difference in a month. Thats what my dad told me but you should probably only be gainng about 1-3 pounds per week, doesnt sound much but my dad says you shouldnt gain that much pounds.

Try Pilates, it will build muscle.
