im really bored. i should lose weight, about 12-14 lbs. but i cant stick on an diet more than 1 week! :(
i dont eat when im hungary, but when i like to. i really love eating
and i cant avoid when there is something like pizza, cake, spaggeti and other delicious foods.
what should i do?
any suggestion?
new way for keeping my diet?

try eating in moderation ..and most importantly EAT SLOWLY!!! eating slowly gives your body time to tell your brain your full .. eat like 4 -5 times a day it speeds up metabolism and it makes u not hungry also drink water .. not too much but like litters a day it has no cals and it can make u full

You have to retrain your mind. Nothing wrong with eating the above foods, but no three times a day, say once a week. Likewise, use a side plate rather than a large dinner plate. That way you will be cutting down on the portions. Then you have to look at what type of exercise you are doing, if you are exercising?

before you eat the things you know you shouldn't, drink a glass of water. This will lessen your urge and you will eat less.
