It depends on the country, I'd say "trapeador".

I´ve seen the word "mopa" used for a mop.
It´s not something that you can find easily, say in Argentina,
nobody would use this, but we use a "trapeador", which is made of rubber, like the ones used for windhields or a cloth
which is called "trapo de piso".

In Latin America is called = trapeador

In Spain = fregona, estropajo
