If disembodied spirits exist, doesn't that mean that there must be some sort of afterlife?

It depends what you mean by...

The phenomena of "ghosts" etc. only implies the existence of an "afterlife" if you have excluded the other possibilities that you appear not to have even considered.

Everything from human abilities being greater than are popularly suspected (telekinesis, ESP...) through to human minds being more susceptible to illusion and outside influences (such as electromagnetic fields and subsonics) than is popularly suspected.

You will find atheists with very varying opinions in these areas.

Me, I think quite a few things exist which some would consider "supernatural", but hold that category only exists because commonly the definition of "nature" is too narrow.
Nature is that which exists.

Yes.... but what an atheist believes will most likely fall into scientific explanations for the phenomenon.

Most "hauntings" can be detected through the use of EMF (ElectroMagneticField) readers, laser thermometers, etc.... So there's actually testing that can indicate the presence of something. There are many who believe that "ghosts" may be the energy from the human body somehow getting caught in the EM fields or things like that.
In any case, they are measurable and have some kind of substance to them.

There is more evidence in favor of that than there is evidence in favor of a god.

In all actuality they have no right to. If man believes he came from lower animals and not in the image of God, then he does not believe in that which is spiritual, only in science and reason. Man should be free to believe what he wants, for only in choice is love made available, otherwise we would only be mere robots; even if it be that which is not true. I do not believe in ghosts, or an eternally burning hell where souls are burning day and night, for there is no proof for such things in the word of God. Only has those who have professed godliness, yet were devils that such doctrines have come into existence, and what is worse, is that most of the christian world has ignorantly and willingly denied the truth.

Yes, you can. Atheism is the lack of belief in a god - however, there are plenty of reasons for the supernatural, some of which do not include a god/s. As such, logically, you can be an atheist and believe in the supernatural.

You can believe in whatever you want to. But most atheists are atheists because they are naturally skeptical, and would also be skeptical of ghosts and the supernatural in general.

No. The essence of atheism is to not believe in the existence of any supernatural phenomenon.

The supernatural will negate my believes!.. No spirits, angels, Gods or devils!

Some do. I do not. These are even subjects that have been studied very heavily by scientists and still there is no positive proofs that either exists.

A few do. Not this one, but some. Super natural beings might be pushing the definition a bit too far in my opinion though.
