My mom and I bought some red cross bags and shirts and hats and breathing masks and all sorts of nifty little trinkets a couple months ago, maybe February or March. ( My mind is playing tricks on me so sorry if the spelling is incorrect.) Well, we bought a bunch of stuff. It is still not here, so we are not sure what we should do! Should we call them and ask what is up, or should we just forget about it. I mean, we paid for it so it would be a waste so. I don't really know, what do you all think. Don't be afraid to leave long answers. I have nothing but time.

Thanks all!

I think that you should definitely contact the company from which you bought the supplies. I am saying that because it is perfectly logical to worry about the status of your order since you paid money for it and especially since it still didn't arrive two months later. But I don't suggest screaming at the employees or insulting them because mistakes sometimes happen (even though it's VERY annoying).
Good luck!!

It's really very nice indeed that you don't mind if people write long answers because unfortunately, most people's low intelligence and short attention span won't let them read messages longer than five lines.

Pray to the Father to enhance you while you return to this Church. Satan loves it whilst He sees strife in our lives, and performs on it. Trying to make it worse than it kind of feels. By all means contact them! There's nothing rude or awkward about checking up on an order, you don't have to be nasty about it but simply call them, tell them you haven't received anything and ask them to check up. Things happen during shipping and delivery, I'm sure they'll sort it out for you.

DEFINITELY contact them to find out what is going on. There may be a reasonable explanation but if they haven't sent them yet they should at least let you know there is a delay. And if they have sent them and you haven't received them, then they need to check up on your delivery.

Hope all arrives soon

good luck xx

I'd call them. It may have simply been an oversight on their part, but you paid for it and should get the product.

You should demand that you get what you paid for. I can't believe you even bother to ask this. What is the world coming to when people get ripped off and they have to ask whether they should complain or not? Seriously?

Yes, contact them, by e-mail (considered legal) and write. You want your stuff, or your money back.
