Cut right back on your dairy produce which creates excess mucus. I've heard a saline solution sniffed up the nose is very good for clearing the sinuses.

If you have had sinus problems for a while, you can't just take some pills for a few days. I had sinus problems so bad that I was drunk from the fluid build up in my ears for years. I was finally able to clear it up with long term treatment.

30 days of antibiotics along with daily doses of Claratin to block the allergens and a nasal spray. After about a month I felt like a new person and it has been 6 years since I have had a sinus infection.

Clarify what kind of sinus problem you're having. It's a little hard to help without knowing what's going on.

What Jerilyn said. But if you can handle them, raw onions are pretty good for helping to clear sinuses too, as is steam.
