It could enjoy it.
Don't give it too often though because it might be a little strong & upset the dog's stomach.

Just make sure it is not too much. It is way too fatty for them as a regular diet. It also is much higher in sodium which is not so good either.
I would say fresh tuna is definitely better than canned.
As a treat occasionally but stick with regular dog food if at all possible

The dog would have tuna breath.
Not the best diet, but won't hurt once in awhile.

It would give it fish breath but would be fine unless it's allergic to tuna.

unless he has an allergy he would probably enjoy it intensely and want more - feed my siberians tuna once a month as a treat - their breath really smells afterwards but thats about the extent of harm.... to me anyways:)
