I doubt it. You would have to apply at the local chinese embassy for a visitors visa.

You can enter Hong Kong and visit Hong Kong for 14 days. If you wanted to go over to Shenzhen you probably could get a visa at the border or go to any Hong Kong travel agency and they can supply you with a visitors visa.
