Certainly.

I won't be needing them anymore, afterall.

I specified in my will that the Epilepsy Foundation should be offered first dibs on my brain. I have epilepsy and I want to help find a way to improve treatment or diagnosis.

I would happily donate bone marrow if I could - or platelets or any other "renewable" medical resource. Same thing applies to blood.

Only to a close family member who was really ill.I wouldn't donate them to some stranger after I die.

This is for religious reasons. My faith believes that as long as your body or any part of it is intact your soul is trapped on Earth.Being trapped here for a few more decades might be worth it for someone I loved but not for a stranger.

Yes, I signed my donor card and am an advocate for organ donation. I only want to keep my eyes...I know, it's a bit selfish, but my Dad gave them to me and it's just something I want to keep.

no,because i have heard of some people coming out of these so-called brain dead states in the past.if that was me and i was really alive they take your organs while you are still alive under surgery with no anesthetic. its my worst fear been cut up while alive but unconsious!.
