Personally, I stay away from meat and dairy.

Traditional mayo is full of fat. Cheese and meat I think are also iffy.

The bread, both the sandwhich and bagel should be whole grain. Processed white bread has little to no nutritional value.

Also, there is a difference between wheat and whole wheat. Generally, wheat is processed white bread that tastse like wheat. I refer to it as wheat flavored white. (Also, the "whole grain white" breads kinda scare me, as I don't know if anything has been done in a lab to alter the ingredients to make it taste and look like white. I guess it was designed for parents to get their kids to eat whole grain bread. Gee, my parents told me to eat what was in front of me or go hungry. I guess the invetion of the bread is a reflection of today's parents with no backbones.)

Traditional cream cheese is also full of fat.

Cereal can also be healthy, depending on what is in it. Just becasue it's marketed as healthy, doesn't mean it is. Kellogg's markets their Smart Start cereal as "healthy", but there are several listings of partially hydrogenated oils and corn syrup and/or high fructose corn syurp. I don't consider that healthy. (I once wrote them saying that I do not consider them healthy due to those ingredients and that I was better off with my oatmeal, cinnamon, and raisins and I never received a response.) I eat Cheerios, which is whole grain and sugar free. I often mix them with Apple Cinnamon Cheerios or Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but I've discovered that cinnamon on the regular Cheerios is also quite yummy and it doesn't get washed off with the soy milk the way it does with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Also, Kashi cereal is all natural and on the cheap side.

If a cereal, or anything else, contains the ingredients corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oil or hydrogenated oil, especially on something that claims to be healthy, I avoid it. When I run out of Cheerios, and I don't get a good price with coupons and sale price, I'm going to get the Trader Joe's equivelant. At $1.99 a box, they're about $.20 cents more than the generic brand at Save-A-Lot, Aldi, or Kroger (or the same price), but organic.

Peanut butter and jelly can be healthy, depending on what you choose. A peanut butter and jelly sandwhich with all natural PB (no corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup) and all natural fruit spread (again, no corn syrup or high fructose corn syrup) on whole wheat bread is very good.

I hope this helps.

Ham and cheese on wheat is fine. No mayo, try mustard instead. Mustard has only 5 calories while mayo is all fat and about 100 cals. Bagels are alright, but cream cheese has a lot of fat, opt for some jelly. Cereal is good for you when you use skim milk. Peanut butter and jelly is good on wheat bread. All of these are reasonably healthy choices. Just the cream cheese and mayo are mostly fats. But if this is the only fat you have during the day then it is totally ok.

Those foods can be good for u if u use 100% whole wheat or whole grain bread, use light mayo or better yet, use mustard on ur sandwich, put two slices of tomatoes, onions, and lettuce, use peanut butter that has no trans fat like Adams, the kind that needs refrigeration after opening, try to look for cereal that provide u with lots of fiber and flax for omega 3, eat bagel and cheese once a wk as a treat.

I wouldn't say they were entirely healthy. If the bread, baggels, and cereal are all wholegrain then i wouldnt say they were too bad but they are all processed and should only be consumed in moderation. As for ham, cheese, mayo, peanut butter, and jelly i would say they are ok but only to be consumed as treats once and awhile.

Most people food is bad for puppies. Some are worse than others. For example onions, grapes, apples, and chocolate can kill a dog. The amount it takes is dependent upon the dogs size. Onions and dark chocolate are the most dangerous. In most cases people food is not good for dogs. They're bodies are not made to break down all the salt and preservatives that we put on our food. Not only can it give them upset stomach but can cause a condition known as pancreatitis. This is where the pancreas, which normally secretes digestive enzymes, can not handle the people food and causes the dog to get very sick, usually they have to be hospitalized for 3-5 days, it's very expensive. While these are worst case scenarios, people food is also a bad choice because your puppy will get fat and will definitely not want regular puppy food. Some puppies prefer different flavors of dog food. Purina, Iams, and Eukanuba are all great brands with a variety of flavors. My dog really likes beef and chicken but hates lamb flavored foods. Try feeding only the puppy food you have and if you want to change to a different flavor of food make sure you do so slowly over the course of 3-5 days so the change won't be abrupt, which can cause vomiting and diarrhea. The one instance where it's ok to feed people food is if you're puppy has vomiting or diarrhea. Feeding a bland diet of plain boiled chicken and plain rice is ok while they're sick. If your puppy is not wanting to eat and is very tired or not acting normal take it to the veterinarian immediately. Puppies can get a wide range of viruses/diseases/parasites because their immune systems have not matured completely. If your puppy acts happy, active, and healthy he's probably ok and you just need to be consistent with only feeding puppy food.

sandwiches - only whole wheat bread is good, ham, cheese, mayo - bad - too much sodium, too processed, too much fat
bagels - whole wheat is ok, but all the othrer ones are not, besides they contain lots of calories (1 bagel about 300cal)
cream cheese - fat free is ok
cereal - look for high fiber, low sodium, low carb, low fat, high protein - comparing to others
peanut butter is ok, but remember it has lots of calories
jelly - sugar free is ok

The mayo is bad for you and the peanut butter, jelly and cream cheese can be if you don't eat them in moderation.

Would you answer this please.

A lot of sugar, fat and processed carbs in there.
Not bad for you in moderation, but you need to add some whole grains, a little meat and a lot of veggies.
