Count all types from supplements to contraceptives to the heavy stuff. How deeply are you immersed in the pills for everything zeitgeist?
I admit to taking the occasional vitamin supplement when the 'living out of a suitcase in airports and hotels' regime gets the better of me and an aspirin or two occasionally, but that is it.
How about you?

Somebody tell me these aren't fascinating answers. Wow. Thanks all. Also, is everybody here a bodybuilder?

One pill makes you larger and one pill makes you small. And the ones that mother gives you don't do anyting at all. (Handful of herbal or so-called natural supplements recommended for a chronic illness.)

Other than an occasional antacid after I log off R&S, I am completely drug and supplement free.
However, if you'd have asked me this question about 2 years ago, I'd have answered 10 to 12. I was a body builder and constantly swallowed supplements, especially Creatine. In retrospect, it was a very strange way to live just to be a size 4 and wear a bikini without humiliation.

I usually take a multivitamin and a chromium supplement (helps my metabolism which is way slow). Other than that, like you, the occasional aspirin. I pretty much refuse to take anything else; I was given a prescription once for something by a doctor, but I never did take it. I got well just fine without it.

Interesting question!
Me? None. I drink peppermint tea with honey when I have an unbearable headache, I drink milk when I have heartburn, I take echinacea in liquid form when I feel the sniffles comming on, I drink aloe vera gel (organic, from GNC) mixed with OJ when I get a little... well... backed up, use aromatherapy when I get insomnia, and for those days when I need a little mood booster... CHOCOLATE!!
Pills are nothing more than money in the pockets of manufacturers and doctors, half of them don't work and all of them have nasty side effects. Kinda ironic that I married a pharmacist, lol!
We're def an overmedicated population.

I have to take a generic brand Synthroid pill every day. My thyroid is dead. Damn Hashimoto's Disease.
Other than that, I don't have a daily regime of anything. My husband wants me to start on a vitamin supplement but I haven't, and I don't take pain killers every day.
Yep, Synthroid is the only medication I take daily.

Just two or three Advil if I have a headache. I should probably take a vitamin supplement because my diet isn't the best in the world, but I usually forget.

Good heavens why? Are you buying stock in a supplement co.? LOL I take supplements, yes, since I lift weights, and work out, and the necessary medications as needed. Met-Rx protein shake anyone?
