I threw out the package and can't remember if it's a 2/1 like white rice or what. Thanks.

For the best results presoak the brown rice for at least 2 hours (8 is best) prior to cooking to soften the hull then cook as you would white rice and it will come out much lighter and tastier.

I usually go with 2.5 parts liquid to 1 part rice.
