Side is a nice play to spend your summer holiday. Also I prefer July and August for the summer (I love it hot and sticky at the seaside) I can assure you that both the weather and the sea will be warm in September.
The town is located on ancient ruins: you will love the town if you like ancient history. You will find the mist of history anywhere in the cental town.
The local people are hospitale and desirable when compared to Alanya.
The quite&peace and joy&adventure goes hand in hand in Side. The town is so close to the castle of Alanya, Dim cave, Dim Cayi, Kursunlu and Duden falls, Antalya city center, Antalya Kaleici region and Aspendos theater. It can also said to be close -3-4 hours- Olimpos (the amazing natural park at the seaside), Phaselis (the amazing open museum of ancient ruins) and Kemer and Kas (some other favorite holiday places at the seaside). PS: there is a lot to see nearby, I've just mentioned those which I had visited before.

Side is a beautiful place. I went there last October and the weather was very hot..The Turkish people are so friendly.I f you are interested in history then this is the place for you.Plenty of old ruins, and also lots of attractions.Look out for the sunsets. They are superb. The food is also great and you will be entertained by the waiters while you dine.Altogether a place not to be missed.Enjoy .You will not be disappointed.
