I am doing a project over the Benthic Zone and i chose the pacific ocean can anyone tell me what this is like or where I can find some info out about this I tried Google and ask but they really didnt help!!! PLEASE HELP

The benthic zone is a collective term for all types of communities on the ocean floor. It is usually divided in to deep and shallow areas, rocky or sandy bottoms, and by the dominant habitat-forming organisms. Try searching for info on specific types of benthic communities, such as coral reef, seagrass, kelp forest, sandy and rocky shores, salt marsh, and deep sea.
