Do not let anyone tell you what to do with your body and your child. I personally don't believe in abortion, but I do believe women can make their own choices for whats right for them. Do what is in your heart!!

Tell your mother that although you respect her opinion, abortion isn't an option for you. Don't try convincing her to be prolife, that will only frustrate the both of you. Simply say that it is your body and your choice. Don't let your mom talk you into something you will regret. Sometimes the best thing you can do for your baby is let someone else raise him/her. There are thousands of families out there that are having infertility troubles. You can have an open adoption, where you still see the child, or a closed adoption, if you feel you couldn't handle seeing the child. If adoption isn't right for you either, you should shape up and forget about this man. We all make mistakes, but anyone can change if they really want to. Good luck!

Def. don't have an abortion! You should listen to what your mother has to say. But only do what you think is right. If the charges are that bad and you won't be able to take care of the child then you can give it up for adoption, and you can still see pics...But if the charges aren't that serious, I think that your mother will support you with whatever you do!! Good Luck!

I personally am pro-choice and do not believe having an early term abortion to be "baby killing." It is a choice not to continue with a pregnancy and it is your body. BUT nobody can tell you to do this, it has to be YOUR choice and if you want this baby then you have to start taking care of yourself. You could consider adoption as well. If you have an abortion because some one else tells you too it could haunt you afterwards.

You said youre facing some charges - so who's going to care for this baby if you're also facing jail time? Doesnt sound like your mother or the father. Sounds like you need more help than yahoo answers.

If you're not a baby killer then don't kill that baby it's that simple. If you feel you are incapable of currently raising that baby then there are alot of able couple out there who would love to raise and love your child like their own. Abortion should never be an option especially if someone else wants you to do it and you don't.

this is never an easy decision to make but have you considered adoption versus abortion, they will help with all your bills your living expenses, attorneys if you are in some trouble that may be helpful. Abortion is a life long guilt sometimes there are just things that make you know you have no choice but you should really explore every option before you do it because you will never forgive yourself and it is a hard thing to live with

Abortion doesn't kill babies, it kills fetuses. Fetuses aren't really alive because they don't procreate, eat, or breathe on thier own.
That said, it is your own value system which matters here because you will live with the consequenses of your choice for the rest of your life. You have to weigh the potentially terrible life you and this child would face against the power of the morality system you have been indoctrinated into, and decide which is more compelling.

It's not your mother's decision. It's yours. You don't have to keep it. You can give it up for adoption, but you should at least give your baby a chance at life, even if you don't want it. Only you can answer this question.

Do what you know is correct. If things are, or get, too tough find a shelter and check yourself in. You b/f can have all the tantrums he wants - that beautiful child of your deserves a chance at life. May God bless you!
