I just used Picasa with a windows pc and it only took a few minutes. I didn't spend a lot of time on
it.

About a 3. If it were better composed, maybe a 4. No blown highlights, a 5. That's my highest offer.

sry but 2

i really liked your color contrast and that was a very nice shade of red, but you put it right in the center...makes for a very booring photo because you dont lead the eye anywhere with your composition.
I also gave it a 2 because of the background or lack there of. The black and white also looks like it was placed around the flower. I would have taken it from a side, moved back a little to get a better background then cropped and blown it up

2 out of 10.

Looks too un-natural. You have a real item, a pretty flower, then you have this weird, what appears to be grey clouding around it.

It just looks wrong. Sorry, not what you wanted to hear but i'm sure you want to hear peoples real answers and not have them kiss your *** telling you what a great pic you have.

6. The black and white job could have been done a bit more neatly. I like the vibrancy of the red though. What would make it really pop is if you darkened the black and white part.

4.5 I love the way you made the flower stick out, but I'm not loving the blurred background. Maybe you could select the background and change the contrast or brightness instead of blurring it.

A 4. I would like to see less blur around the edges.

sweet picture

though i think you need more to work into the picture. something else in the picture, not just the flower. also, the flower shouldnt be that bright if the background is very dark

very nice though
8.0!!
