where can you get like ex military aircraft or fighter jets from? i have the budget, but i'm not sure where to start from. Any good websites?? I only want jets, not turbo props.

Yes, you certainly can buy surplus military aircraft as a civilian.
Realize though that other than maybe F80/F86MiG15/17/Su7s, military jet aircraft are VERY expensive to operate. Also, that MiG21 might look cool, but FAA regs prohibit supersonic flight for other than military purposes inside the US.
FWIW, when I win Powerball, I'm going to get an Me-262 from Stormbirds. They are building no-kiddin' Me262A-3s right from the original specifications. These aircraft have been authenticated by MBB (the descendant company of Messerschmitt)

the czechs are selling "albotros" with russian jet engines. just google russian jet aircraft..now when you get older if you qualify. the USMC will train you and issue you harrier.
