That is actually supposed to be the ideal weight for your height. You are supposed to add 5lbs. for every inch over 5ft and 100lbs.

It doesn't sound overweight, and it's surely not underweight. A lot depends upon your body frame, and what kind of shape you are in. If most of the pounds are muscle, and not fat, you're in good shape.

If you want to shed a few pounds quit drinking soda, skip desserts, cut down on sugar, etc. Don't eat 'empty' calories such as hot dogs, sausage, lunch meats, etc. Drink plenty of water. Broil or boil rather than fry foods, and don't eat fast foods (unless it's the salad or the baked potato).

at 5'6:

a small frame should weigh 120-133

medium 130-144

large 140-159

Yes. If your 5'6 you should weigh between 115 to 154.

i hate to tell you this, but you are underweight. someone your height should at least be 150-160 lbs. go see a doctor to see if youre ok just to be on the safe side.

depends on the build of your body...if you are a medium build then that is fine
