I consider the ignorance to ask such a question a gift from the Devil.

The Bible does list cancer (See Deutronomy 28) as a curse, but it is not God that is the cause. Cancer, like all diseases is a result of the enterance of sin into the world. It was allowed by the first human (Adam). Because of that the penalty of death has assed on to every person. Cancer is part of that penalty. (See Romans 5:12-22)
It was not caused by God, but initially by the actions of a man. And further aggrevated too often by lifestyle choices - improper diet, smoking, improper sanitation that exposes us to chemical, radiation etc., - again "sin" is involved in all of those.
Cancer is a curse, but not from God. He is in the healing business instead.

absolutely not. Surprisingly, there are a lot of fundamentalists out there that would tell you otherwise. Some would even argue with me that babies born retarded have sinned in their mother's womb. Either way, anyone who is willing to believe that the misfortune of others are curses from a higher being are just being illogical. Such radical thinking implies that all Katrina victims deserved their fate and that we shouldn't try to cure cancer patients because this will tamper with God's will. Can you imagine how sad this society will be if that were to happen?
I'm not anti-religion. My religious view is simply kindness and more thought.

No, cancer is a curse from ourselves. Unhappiness can cause cancer. Stress can cause cancer. Bad diet can cause cancer. Why blame God for the crap we bring on ourselves -- whether we know it or not ?

from looking at your past questions it seems as though you either have oral cancer, or you think you do, or you are worried that you are going to get it... why don't you try talking to someone? But no, I don't think it's a curse

I have heard that 98% (ninety eight percent) of cancer is "Psychosomatic", which means it is the patients imagination.
There are plenty of quack doctors willing to take advantage of these people, in order to make money.
As for your question, it can't be a curse from God if it doesn't exist.

Cancer is a curse from mankind. It's caused by all the pollution we have poured into our atmosphere.
