In third world countries the life expectancy is about 53 years, so I expect it to be much higher in the USA.

Some persons are affected more than others, so a number is an average with little significance. If a person's only symptom is hearing impairment, then life expectancy would be akin to the general average. If on the other hand a child was born with complex congenital heart disease, the expectancy would be quite short. It's hardest to predict with brain involvement, depending on severity and quality of care.
