Besides the previous answers, no because it's not a requirement to be a nun, please don't overlook the fact that is IMPOSSIBLE to check the virginity of girls. They mythical way of doing it is, if there's a hymen they're a virgin, if not, they're not a virgin. Well, hate to "break" it to you, but a girl who is a virgin can be born without a hymen, or it can be torn in other ways besides sexual intercourse, or may not be present at all in a girl. So, sorry, your question is flawed because being a virgin is not a requirement, and even if it were, there's no way to check.

From what I understand, you don't have to be a virgin to be a nun. I've heard of nuns who have children. You just have to be celibate from then on.
