any ideas for a tattoo with a rock/metal theme?

im looking to get a tattoo and im in love with hard rock, Metallica, Meshuggah, soad, etc.... what should i get...??

Hmm. Maybe like an amp with some type of skull and guitar plugged into it?
...eh I have no idea.
If you get a vague idea of what you want, and you go to a good tattoo artist they'll probably be able to come up with a pretty rad design.

I saw a tatoo that had a heart with a music note (the top of the note doubled as a bird's head) piercing it and it and the heart had wings. It kind of looked like a bird with the eagle pose on the dollar bill without feet.
