Is London and France really a prerequisite to seeing underpants?

Haha, maybe their pants aren't literally on fire, but they may have a nervous tic.
To spot a liar, I'd look what a person does with his/her hands (do they touch the nose?) or do they look elsewhere, or is there a change in their voice. Some people start talking faster.

Sadly I think most of those that lie as an occupation have bought themselves fireproof pants. Otherwise we'd be unable to see our hands in front of our faces, would we?
Because as everyone knows, there's no smoke without liars.

No, their nose must be as long as a telephone wire - as well.
