"Vive vitam tuam et ne nihil paenite" if addressed to one person

"Vivite vitam vestram et ne nihil paenitete" if addresses to more people.

In the Latin construction is necessary to reconfirm the negative meaning and in this phrasing I feel it's necessary to quote even the word "ne".
