As far as I believe, Jesus and God are seperate entities. Jesus is an arch angel, but never was he the Almighty God himself. The Catholic religions have done some major misinterpretations on scriptures and confused the people into believing that there is a Triune God of somesort, but it's such a mystery that it can not be explained.
Read the New Testament. When Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist, the Holy spirit came onto him, then a voice sounded out from the sky approving Jesus. Other examples are Jesus praying to God. Why would Jesus do this if he was the Almighty God himself? Also when Jesus was dying on the cross, he called out to his "father" asking, "Why have you foresaken me?" These are just a few examples showing that Jesus is not the Almighty.

This is very confusing for a lot of folks. Even myself at one time.
I never could see Jesus as God or being from the beginning sine he was born 2,000 years ago.
I have read my bible from cover to cover and never seeing Jesus more than just the Son of God.
One day while reading the Bible in Revelation 1:11 saying I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last:...............
I thought if Jesus is the first then he is the creator. That's when I saw Jesus as God for the first time.
Later while reading the book of John , like I have many times before it really came to life.
John 1: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1: 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, ( and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
See in the beginning was the WORD (Jesus) and the WORD (Jesus) was with God. And the WORD(Jesus) was God.
And the WORD (Jesus) was made flesh and dwelt among us.
Since creation till the birth of Jesus was about 4,000 years.
Jesus was God in the flesh. 2000 years ago he took the form of a man and caused his self to be a sacrifice for our sins.
Study this more if you want to be sure. John chapter one is a good place to start.
also 1 John 5: 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
I hope this helps. I can see how this is confuseing but don't worry a lot of Christians get confused on this. Pray about it and the Lord will help you.
May God bless you

God is triunity.
The Father, The word(Jesus), and his spirit.
1 John 5:7
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
John 1:1-3
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
John 1:14
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Go to the Link that is below. It explains the trinity well.

The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit all make up The GodHead, The Son had to come in flesh for a final sacrifice for our sins, so that we may live. When The Son went to the Cross, He said we would not be left without a comforter, hence The Holy Spirit, that comes to live in us, to act as our guide, when we invite The Lord into our lives, Our Body is the new Tabernacle, The House for The Holy Spirit to live in us, when we are saved, because of what Jesus Christ has done for us, paying our price for our sins, be forever thankful.

No, Jesus specifically denied that he was God. He said something like, why do you call me good? None is good, except God. (I need to look up the exact quote). Also, he never claimed to be God. He was not shy of saying what he thought, and if he thought he was God he would have said so.
For a Jew to claim to be God would have been total blasphemy, then as now. The idea of the "Trinity" is a later development. There is no mention of the "Trinity" in the Bible. Hope that helps.

This is a topic that is much more difficult that to provide a one-sentence answer beyond yes or no because you need to see the evidence for yourself. But if you want a simplified version to get you started, you should ask yourselves whether they Jews believed the Father and the Son were one (no they didn't), whether Jesus ever claimed to be God (he did not) and whether the Gospels explicitly say that Jesus is God or whether the Father and the Son are one being (it does not). But I recommend you further investigate why Christianity has been teaching this belief for years.

No, no, no, no you've got it all wrong. Jesus laid aside His
Deity when he walked the earth. This is called the Kenosis.
He live in His humanity and relied on the Holy Spirit. This
is why it states in certain passages that He did not know
certain things, in His humanity. If He had functioned in His
Deity then it would of all been done by Deity. He relied on
what the Father and Holy Spirit told Him. One God, Three
personalities.

myself I don't believe what the words in a book are concrete and aboslute but that is my own personal belief dear.
I do believe that the trinity makes sense but it is not completely accurate. The trinity suggests that god jesus and the spirit are mere human vessels that can be transported into one at the drop of the hat should that proceed to be true where is the written proof, or even the oral teaching. I am black cherokee and wish to remain open to all forms of spirituality.
I feel that it is not important what others think only what we ourselves individual bodies think...
How would you describe the jesus/god as being, redefine your answer...the answer may be in there, write it down and look at it carefully read it word for word.

The concept of God in Christianity cannot be explained by human reasoning. God is Trintarian. He exist as ONE God , but in three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each person is God indivisible. How can this be? Like I said , this is a mystery of faith that God will explain to us later, but for now it is Chruch dogma, which all belivers must adhere, even though we cannot comprehend it.

Christian believe in the Trinity. That means there are 3 persons in 1 God, father, son and Holy Spirit. Jesus is considered true God and true man.
