now here's what you do, go to the manufactures web site, support, and ask there if they have got any drivers for windows vista, bet they have not wrote any, so the next thing to do is go to microsofts vista web site and put your problem to them, if you have no luck within a few days
dump. microsoft and move over to Linux windows, it is better, safer and more secure and it leaves MS in the shade,,,
if you have broad band internet, download ubuntu linux, or edubuntu linux windows, write it to a cd..
you can run it from the cd use all the programs play with it till you get to known it, if you have broad band you can get on the internet from the cd ,,,, it will find all your computer hard ware and set it up,
you will never have to pay for another program again everything is FREE!
go to the web sites below and check it out.... do some research in to Linux, all the big computer manufactures will be installing it this year

well it works on xp and 2000.
sometimes the extension usb wire does not work so try connecting the device to your pc by the smaller usb port that comes in the packet.
i had the same problem but it worked with the small port.
if the problem persists u will have to change ur operating system to xp.
