when I'm being very good this is what i stick to-
breakfast-mashed banana with natural yoghurt topped with a sprinkle of muesli
lunch-home made soup e.g.lentil/leek & potato followed by a carton low fat yoghurt
dinner-baked potato with cottage cheese&mango chutney with salad.
also swim and go spinning at least twice a week.
it's tough but you do get motivated when you see results
good luck

As a Pilates and Fitness instructor, I wouldn't recommend any fad diet to loose weight fast, all of these types of quick fix diets, just mess up your body and will cause you to put all the weight you have lost back on - plus a bit more!
When you restrict your body of too many calories, your body will go into energy saving mode, and will slow down the amount of calories used, also most of the weight lost is actually body water and not fat!
The best thing I can suggest is to eat sensibly and often ( 4-5 small healthy meal a day), and when you exercise, do exercises to target muscles in the area you want to burn fat i.e abdomen. The best thing is abdominal crunches, sit ups etc.... if you go a gym, ask one of the staff there is they can show you some new exercises, sometimes changing an exercise programme and kick start you metabolism.
One more tip....always eat breakfast!!! Very important..your body's metabolism doesn't get going until you eat, so by skipping breakfast means you loose a few hours of calories burning by waiting for lunch time.
Hope that helps..for more info see my website www.bodyboostuk.co.uk

Firstly reduce your calorie intake to 1200 but make sure you are eating enough fruits and veg, wholegrains, and eggs, beans or lean meat each day. Preferably you should be getting 50-60% of your calories from carbs, 15-20% from protein and 20-25% from fats.
Losing weight fast and healthily is hard but doing more exercise will help, just dont give in and try a fad diet because believe me it wont work. Good luck!

You need to eat more often throughout the day. Eat smaller cleaner meals, lay off all the crap food!
Visit a good bodybuilding web site and click onto the nutrition link. Leave all the new Fad diets well alone, they all basically amount to starvation!
Remember, it has taken you your entire life to get the shape you are. It will take time to change that shape, be realistic in your approach to weight loss.
Eat well, eat more often, eat clean and take moderate exercise. You cannot go wrong.
Good luckx

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well I'm on the New Beverly Hills diet and have lost half a stone in 1 week but it's mainly just fruit and salad for the first week. It's only for hardcore people, you can buy the book from Amazon.

i've never found any hardcore fast diets that work and help you lose weight in 2 weeks. as soon as you stop eating like that you just gain it back. i'm currently with Weight Watchers. and it works really well and it's easy to do. but i don't think you can say it would work in 2 weeks. good luck and be careful dieting~
