If you like genuine friendliness, but not so much to be intrusive, you will be happy. If you like a parliamentary system, whereby if you really disagree with your government you can have them ousted.. you will be happy.

Cons there isn't really awhole lot to do(sports,concerts, etc etc),it can be cold and there can be harsh weather sometimes,depending on where u go the street signs are in french(strong french influence there because they controlled it for so long)some people speak in french also,
