Drinking that much coke is not good for you, I don't care if it's diet, no caffeine or not it's still to much. Try drinking water and pomegranate juice your body will thank you. Prolong use of soda pop can harm your teeth, promote weight gain and give you acne. One can is fine but not that many. Peace Brownies

Yes all soft drinks period diet or not isnt good for you because of all the chemicals it has to it; switch to green tea decaffinated; the mint flavor is really tasty and it KINDA has that coke taste.

Yes, it is horrible. Not only are you tanking up on empty calories, but the sweetener that is in soda is horrible for you. Try to drink only one can or even just a half.

yes it is, with 4 to 5 soda`s,thats alot of sodium which causes you to retain fluids and you are getting at least 100mg`s of sodium a day.
