A mother and child pendant would be sweet

If she typically does these things in your family, clean or garden/landscape - hire someone to come in and do this. I especailly hated yardwork while pregnant and when I had a little one. Also if she's the cook, (and you have freezer space) a gc to those places where you go and make a bunch of meals.

Other ideas would be a digital photo frame, I have a crazy number of digital photos, and always print way too many than I can frame - you'll find this probably too when the kids born. Im just waiting for the prices to come down, think by xmas they may, but this would probably cost the same as a spa day.

haha,, well, I think that last person mixed up the question and thought that you asked if you should get your wife pregnant for mothers day.. :)

I am pregnant right now, and if I recieved flowers on my very first mothers day.. well, I would be so happy :)

When I was pregnant with my first, my hubby got me a really beautiful rose bush and had a little card on it that said it was from "your little boy" I loved it and even cried because it was my first Mother's day gift! I planted it outside of his nursery so I could look at it every day......but really anything you get her would be great if it says it's from your baby!

Something that will make her feel good, maybe a pregnancy massage, or one of those pillows for a pregnant woman. I think that is so sweet! I myself am due in just a couple of weeks and my fiancee says Im not a mom yet!

How about making a list of what NOT to get her. Nothing to do with babies, housework, or getting fat! A candle lit diner & a movie, a quiet picnic at a favourite spot or some jewlery. (maybe some nice earrings)

Maybe some flowers and maybe get her a few things she has been wanting to get for the baby. Just make her feel special! Congrats on the new baby and good luck!

LMBO!!! When I answered earlier, I'd mistakenly read your question as "Should I get my wife pregnant for Mother's Day?"

Sorry!

Oh, the joys of sleep deprivation!

I have to say the same as the others. A message would be great. If you want something more concrete, then maybe a lovely piece of jewelry.

A day at the spa or a trip to the salon to get her hair and nails done.
